What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Can I choose a specific time of day for my delivery?
The local carrier may reach out to you with this option, but unfortunately this is not possible in majority of cases.
Can I have my order delivered to my PO Box?
Yes, PO Box delivery is possible.
Can I change my delivery address?
Shipping address changes are possible prior to your order being shipped. Please contact our team at email@example.com to request any changes. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery address.
When will I receive my item and how can I track my delivery?

What happens if I’m not at my delivery address to receive my order?
If the local carrier has been unable to complete delivery, and there is no suitable place or instructions as to where they can safely leave the package, then eShopWorld will send an email to you to advise of the delivery attempt. The carrier will also contact you or leave a notification with instructions on next steps to be taken to receive your delivery.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the date you receive your order and a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping, will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by GLAMGLOW or products not bought online at glamglow.com. Please see below for information regarding international returns.

How do I pack my item for return?
Please pack your items in its original packaging, ensuring your package is securely closed.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return will be shipped to Return Hub specified on your return label. Once received in our Hub, we will process immediately, and your refund will be credited to your original form pf payment within 3-5 business days.
Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?
You will receive a full refund for your return where it is deemed that GLAMGLOW are at fault for the return e.g. Damaged Goods. All other returns will have the shipping cost deducted from their refund.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Duties and Taxes are included in our product prices, so you will not have to pay any additional fees on receipt of your goods.

Which currencies can I shop in?
GLAMGLOW offers multiple currencies to help your shopping experience. The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed on the product page and at checkout before completing your purchase.
When will my card be charged?
If you pay by debit card or PayPal you will be charged at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping. Please note your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Track International Orders
Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a series of emails. The first is an Order Confirmation email, which will contain all your order details. The second will let you know when your order has been sent for delivery. After you receive the second mail, you can track your order, using your order tracking number, by following this link: TRACK MY ORDER
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason, you would like to return the products you ordered, you can avail of our 30-day returns policy, which covers you for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage, and email the photo to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.
Should you decide to return an item, please follow this procedure for international orders:
1. Go to the return portal : RETURN PORTAL
2. Enter your order number and email address and select ‘Submit’.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu, and click ‘Continue’.
5. On the next screen a label will be generated. This must be printed and attached to your package. Note: Upon completion you will receive a ‘Return initiated’ confirmation via email. When the return is received and accepted at the designated return center, a ‘Return Acknowledgement’ email will be sent, advising your refund status
